What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding product access and patient care guidance
- Utilize various virtual and digital tools to engage customers and facilitate discussions
- Organize local provider groups for sharing experiences and insights
- Elevate local market insights and feedback to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Experience working with healthcare professionals in a sales role, ideally representing multiple products
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD
- Experience launching a new product or new indication
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences
- Strong ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
