      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and issue pending insurance policies accurately and in a timely manner
      - Review and professionally respond to email communications in a timely manner
      - Research and resolve complex issues in collaboration with management and agencies
      - Ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures
      - Provide follow-up and status updates to agents and internal teams as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 2 years of insurance experience
      - Prior insurance accounting experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet departmental deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new computer systems
      - Ability to communicate with various levels of management on a professional level
      - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
      - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
