      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region
      - Ideate, create, and execute regional player acquisition events
      - Implement localized go-to-market strategies and develop VIP promotions and offers
      - Manage and monitor the business plan to achieve revenue and profit goals
      - Contribute to compliance initiatives while adhering to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - At least 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts
      - Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with established customer relationships
      - Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends
      - Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a regulated gaming environment
      - Strong networking skills within the gaming or entertainment industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
