What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the progress of multiple ongoing implementations and provide regular updates to customers and distribution partners
- Resolve challenges during the implementation process by applying knowledge of systems, products, and contract wording
- Collaborate with distribution partners and customers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information for new group implementations
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process and ensure commitments are met
- Liaise effectively with end customers, distribution partners, and other business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a University degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the insurance/financial services industry or in an office environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of group products, contract provisions, and administrative procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks or projects
