What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Qualify leads to understand pain points, business needs, and budget
- Deliver compelling, consultative product demos that align the employer’s value with prospect goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign feedback and lead quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong emphasis on new business development
- Proven ability to close deals in a consultative, solution-based sales process
- Experience managing a pipeline with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with high accountability and strong time management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or POS tech industry is a plus
