What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quality audits of medical file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, physicians, and the Operations team regarding peer review content
- Follow up with reviewers and clients to address any questions or clarifications needed
- Maintain regular updates to clients on referral progress
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance checklists and report formatting standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Familiarity with technology-based processes within a business environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- Strong critical thinking abilities and efficient time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance or medical file review processes
- Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of insurance claims processing and related regulations
