  About the Role:

  As the Business Development Assistant at LifeLine Ambulance, you’ll spearhead growth in our Illinois markets, focusing on the west suburbs. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and driving business expansion.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts while acquiring new business.

  • Act as the primary liaison for customers and vendors, addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Travel extensively within the western suburbs to meet with clients, build partnerships, and oversee accounts.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Provide administrative support as needed to the business development team.

  Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • 1+ years of customer service or related experience

    • Familiarity with sales and the healthcare industry

    • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

    • Willingness to relocate to Carol Stream, IL before starting work

  • Preferred:

    • Background in hospitality or customer service

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
