What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Review and resolve tickets using knowledge articles, training, and manager assistance
- Handle webform tickets from consumers into the Navi system
- Support digital content on the Nintendo Switch Platform and assist with data transfer
- Assist with prepaid codes and gift cards for Nintendo systems
- Resolve consumer incidents via Oracle Right Now and interact with internal departments/subcontractors

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Previous ticket-based customer service experience or relevant administrative and customer service experience
- Technical literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems easily
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in the financial or healthcare field
- Familiarity with games rated "M" by the Entertainment Software Rating Board
