      Essential Functions:
      • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the MSP NOC Team
      • Promote continuous improvement of NOC Analysts
      • Ensure adherence to Company and IT enterprise standards, goals, processes, and policies as they relate to the MSP NOC; communicate and reinforce corporate-wide and IT-specific strategies
      • Delegate work assignments, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities
      • Assists/Liaison with the core ITSD Management team that requires escalation/attention
      • Analyze and solve technical problems with the assistance of teammates
      • Ensure accurate and timely escalation of user issues for ticket resolution
      • Review team objectives for competence and consistency to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
      • Develop evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of team operations
      • Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency to maintain profitability and competitiveness
      • Guide team members in developing their technical skills in the implementation of technical solutions
      • Assist in team training and the recruiting of new team members
      • Oversee team development and maintenance of staff capabilities
      • Develop processes followed by the team


      Required Qualification
      • MUST be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check
      • Must have CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
      • Three years or more of experience designing, building, and maintaining Enterprise IT Infrastructure
      • At least one years of experience in technical leadership, skills in problem solving and conflict resolution
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, assess priorities, and operate in a flexible manner to meet the dynamic needs of the client and team
      • Ability to encourage and incentivize highly skilled technicians to think and act as a team
      • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, process, change and improve design and process

      Optional/Desired Qualifications
      • Windows Server and Desktop Administration
      • M 365 Administration
      • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure AD is highly valued and preferred.
      • RMM knowledge
      • Microsoft certifications (MTA, MCSA, MCSE, etc)
      • VMware VCP and/or Cisco CCNA
      • Scripting languages

      Work Conditions

      Work is typically performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position will often move about inside the office to maintain computers and machinery. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients.
