What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and maintain backhaul network stability and availability proactively
- Provide escalation support for resolving customer and network incidents
- Troubleshoot client issues within fixed wireless networks and SD-WAN solutions
- Analyze service assurance performance and report on key metrics
- Coordinate engineering team involvement for trouble resolution as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Cisco CCNP certification is required
- Fortinet FCP certification is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting internet/WAN/data/cloud infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with the Fortinet suite and advanced knowledge of routing protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical leadership role with the ability to train and share knowledge
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Fortinet SD-WAN solutions
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Experience working with both Cisco IOS-XE and XR platforms
- Familiarity with wireless, data services, and cloud-based technologies
