      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high-volume incoming calls, effectively triaging patient complaints and grievances
      - Utilize Epic, RL Solutions, and Sysco Soft phone systems to assist patients
      - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone and email
      - Gather and document patient feedback to improve service delivery
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a high-volume call center
      - Strong active listening skills to identify key components of patient feedback
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
      - Ability to effectively triage complaints and grievances
      - Familiarity with Epic, RL Solutions, and Sysco Soft phone systems is desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic, RL Solutions, and Sysco Soft phone systems
      - Proven track record of excellent customer service in a healthcare setting
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment after initial training
