What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for individuals calling in to make pledges and donations
- Articulate and share the mission and impact of non-profit partners to inspire confidence
- Ensure all donation processing is handled securely and accurately
- Maintain a professional and clear communication style on every call
- Manage incoming donation calls for various non-profit pledge drives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven success in a call center environment (6+ months virtual or 1+ year in-person)
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-focused
- Must own and use a Windows 11 PC, a quality USB headset, and a reliable wired internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within a non-profit sector
- Familiarity with donation processing systems or fundraising platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
