      NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Lead Home Health Aide to join our team!

      NorBella Prior Lake is located in Prior Lake, MN, resting between agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods northwest of Lower Prior Lake. This quaint setting provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining convenient for visiting family and friends. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.       Shifts Available: Full-Time, Day shift, Every Other Weekend Required

      HHA Wage : $19-$24/HR
      CNA Wage: $19.50-$24.50/HR

      In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
      • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
      • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
      • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
      • Assist with medication administration.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
      • Strong interest in healthcare.
      • Positive, compassionate attitude.
      • Strong customer service and communication skills.
