      Looking for an international higher education opportunity?

      Northwood University's longtime international partner, ANC Education in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and globally minded professional to serve as the on-ground representative for Northwood University in Sri Lanka. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of South Asia's most vibrant countries while helping students pursue an American university education.

      This position is employed directly by ANC Education, not Northwood University. Northwood University will assist by promoting the position and conducting an initial review of applicants before qualified candidates are referred to ANC Education for further consideration.

      Responsibilities
      Position Responsibilities

      The successful candidate will:
      Recruitment & Marketing
      • Support student recruitment and admissions activities.
      • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Northwood programs.
      • Represent Northwood at education fairs, school visits, and outreach events.
      • Build relationships with employers and industry partners to create internship and employment opportunities for students.

      Student Engagement & Success
      • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and student transition activities.
      • Organize events and engagement initiatives that enhance the student experience.
      • Partner with academic and administrative teams to support student success and retention.

      Qualifications
      Ideal Candidate

      We are looking for individuals who:
      • Hold a bachelor's, master's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Education Management, or a related field.
      • Have experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, marketing, or student services.
      • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
      • Are passionate about international education, student development, and cross-cultural engagement.
      • Are excited about the opportunity to live and work abroad while representing a respected American university.
