      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end project management for federal IT projects, including cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization
      - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
      - Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and federal clients
      - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders
      - Manage project documentation, including project charters and work breakdown structures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
      - Minimum 7 years of experience managing federal IT projects, including cloud migrations
      - PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification required
      - Strong understanding of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing FedRAMP or other federal security authorization efforts
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud migration methodologies
      - Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
      - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
