What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a current life insurance license
- Desire to learn advanced financial strategies, including IULs and tax-free planning
- Strong drive to educate clients rather than simply sell products
- Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance sales
- Familiarity with Infinite Banking concepts
- Background in customer service or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping families achieve financial stability
