What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a current life insurance license
- Strong desire to learn advanced financial strategies, including IULs and infinite banking
- Commitment to educating clients rather than solely focusing on sales
- Coachable attitude and willingness to grow within the role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
