      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans tailored to individual needs
      - Supervise ABA programs and oversee staff performance
      - Support and train caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
      - Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold active BCBA certification
      - Experience supervising RBTs or technicians
      - Strong clinical and decision-making skills
      - Demonstrated growth mindset and cultural responsiveness

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a similar role within behavioral health services
      - Additional certifications or training in behavior analysis or related fields
