- Setup and operation of tube mill
- Monitor process and make adjustments accordingly
- Monitor and maintain mill speeds per rates
- Accurately use micrometers, tape measures, and test equipment
- Perform audits to ensure quality products
- Report daily production and down time in Mac Pac
- Assist in clearing of fold ups
- Operates high frequency welding equipment
- Setup and operation of eddy current equipment
- Keep work area clean

Basic Job Functions:
The Welding Mill Operator performs setup and operation of tube mill. The incumbent is routinely exposed to mill conditions including but not limited to dust, grease, noise, heat and cold.
