      Job Summary

      Nuclear Medicine Product Specialist

      Location: Detroit Metropolitan Area or Hybrid (Full time, Permanent)

      Salary: $100,000 to $125,000, plus performance bonus, medical benefits, 401(k) contribution, paid vacation, and paid holidays

      About the Company:

      A specialist medical imaging software organization developing advanced imaging solutions for healthcare providers. The business offers a collaborative environment where clinical professionals work closely with software developers, researchers, engineers and senior leadership.

      Role Overview:
      • Provide clinical applications support for specialist imaging software, including customer training, software configuration and issue resolution.
      • Train physicians, technologists and other clinical users at hospitals and customer locations.
      • Develop educational content, user guides, clinical documentation and product materials.
      • Support product demonstrations, research projects and collaboration across sales, software development and clinical teams.
      • Travel regularly across the United States, averaging one to two overnight stays per week.

      Key Requirements:
      • Nuclear medicine experience, relevant cardiac imaging experience, or a strong academic or professional background in cardiac biology or physiology
      • Candidates from healthcare technology or related fields will only be considered where they can demonstrate relevant cardiac knowledge or experience
      • Nuclear Medicine Technologists are strongly encouraged to apply
      • Candidates from cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography or other relevant cardiac imaging backgrounds may also be considered
      • Strong understanding of, or clear aptitude for learning, cardiac anatomy, physiology and function
      • Experience with imaging systems, clinical software, image processing or applications support is advantageous
      • Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree, certification or professional registration preferred
      • Strong communication, training and problem solving skills
      • Willingness to complete initial training in South Michigan and travel regularly

      Working Arrangement:
      • The role can be offered on either a South Michigan-based or hybrid basis.
      • Hybrid candidates will be required to spend time onsite in South Michigan during the initial training period to learn the technology and work closely with the wider team.
      • Once fully trained, the role becomes more flexible and combines home-based working, customer travel and periodic onsite collaboration.

      • A cardiac imaging professional with the clinical foundation to become an expert in imaging software
      • Confident training physicians, technologists and other clinical users
      • Technically curious with a logical and analytical approach
      • Clear written communication and documentation ability
      • Organized, self directed and comfortable managing multiple priorities
      • Collaborative, adaptable and interested in expanding their knowledge across software, clinical applications and product development
