      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new clinical team members across various roles
      - Conduct clinical quality reviews of telehealth consults and documentation to ensure safety and compliance
      - Create and update training materials to align with current practice and regulatory expectations
      - Evaluate documentation for clinical accuracy and adherence to internal and external standards
      - Identify and flag opportunities for training or system improvements based on documentation reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with an active, unrestricted license in the U.S.
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in an education, quality, or supervisory role
      - Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and quality improvement principles
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
      - Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, EMRs/EHRs, and learning management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a startup, virtual care, or fast-paced healthcare organization
      - Background in compliance, utilization review, or peer review
      - Prior experience training multidisciplinary teams
