      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clinical procedures under the direction of the attending Physician according to approved protocols
      - Conduct assessments, history, and physical examinations, and provide recommendations for patient care plans
      - Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
      - Collaborate effectively with supervising and attending physicians as well as facility staff to coordinate patient care
      - Work independently while interacting as a team member with clinical staff at all levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or Physician Assistant's Program
      - Unrestricted and valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
      - Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registrations for writing prescriptions
      - Current BLS/CPR certification
      - Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and other marginalized groups
      - Master's Degree in Nursing
      - Familiarity with Athena electronic medical record software
      - Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
