  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in the provision of healthcare and services to patients in the infirmary
  - Support Physical and Occupational Therapists, Nursing Staff, and Advanced Care Providers with direct patient care
  - Perform clerical functions and maintain day-to-day operations of the infirmary
  - Make accurate observations and assess patient status regarding changes in physical and mental condition
  - Initiate action in emergency situations as required
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must possess and maintain CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  - Ability to use an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and perform First Aid
  - Registered or eligible for registration as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
  - Experience in making accurate observations and assessing patient status
  - Ability to initiate action in emergency situations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a correctional environment
  - Previous training in emergency response techniques beyond CPR and First Aid
  - Familiarity with the operations of correctional facilities
  - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  - Knowledge of health care regulations and standards in a correctional setting
