      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse
      - Assist residents with basic health care needs, including bathing, grooming, and obtaining vital signs
      - Communicate resident's changing conditions and care-related concerns to the charge nurse
      - Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, and dietary needs
      - Support residents in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging participation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 18 years of age
      - High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
      - Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification within four months of hire
      - Minimum of 3 months experience in Long Term Care required
      - Completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
      - Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification for applicable facilities
      - Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry, if applicable
      - Experience with infection prevention and control policies
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
