What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage gathering, organizing, and analyzing regulatory data and resources for nursing programs
- Conduct State Board of Nursing regulatory research for all 50 states and US territories
- Develop and maintain a regulatory resource repository for prelicensure BSN programs
- Prepare and submit requisition forms and liaise with Accounts Payable for regulatory fees
- Provide internal regulatory editing of documents, including accreditation and regulatory submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master of Science in Nursing preferred
- Experience working in healthcare, legal, academics, business office, or similar organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Strong editing skills with the ability to proofread documents for grammar, syntax, and spelling errors
- Ability to meet tight timelines for complex projects in a fast-paced work environment

- Previous experience in monitoring legislative matters related to nursing education
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
- Self-motivated with experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
