What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized program and product support through consultations via phone, SMS, and email
- Offer expert nutritional, behavioral, and exercise guidance to Coaches and Clients
- Educate Coaches and Clients on medical weight loss and OPTAVIA's programs
- Collect and document all health-related inquiries from Coaches and Clients
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to ensure accurate nutritional information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, health, or a related wellness field required; alternatively, DTR/NDTR credential accepted
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, wellness, health coaching, or a related field
- Strong ability to interpret and organize information and apply critical thinking
- Exceptional empathy, active listening, and professional communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred credentials include Dietetic Technician, Registered; Licensed Nutritionist; or certifications such as Health Coach or CPT through ACE, NASM, or similar reputable organizations
