- Ensure contract promises, effectiveness and/or efficiency of delivered services in relation to ISS/Guckenheimer standards and concepts, leveraging innovation and best practice opportunities
- Successful delivery of prioritized projects and programs
- In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, understand upcoming priorities and link project delivery to the needs of the business
- Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement
- Participate and embrace the development opportunities within group
- Report to the General Manager (Food Service) and support account (client) location
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in North America so that information is disseminated effectively, and participate in project groups and meetings as required
- Transfer best practice
- Use the account to promote and further develop ISS/Guckenheimer
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed, completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- 2+ years of professional working experience as a RD
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in close collaboration with our Chefs and café teams
- Must be compassionate, consistent, and fair to the needs of the employee and of the Company
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task
- Must be willing to contribute and support fellow team members with a “hands on” approach to our operations when needed or asked in order to maintain our business
- A balanced approach to health and wellness with a strong interest in culinary arts
- Manage NetMenu recipe analysis and/or signage process to ensure accuracy of nutritional information and integrity of wellness program
- Develop creative strategies for engaging Cafe customers in healthy eating through education and marketing opportunities
- Develop, plan, promote and execute café health and wellbeing digital and printed content
- Establish and implement global standards for food program based on sustainability, nutrition, and social responsibility
- Develop nutrition and wellness content for educational purposes at each unit
- Conduct onsite training with Guckenheimer unit staff on nutrition, health and performance related topics
- Promote sustainable food choices through choice architecture
- Create holistic well-being programming that incorporates all dimensions including physical, mental/emotional, and environmental
- Support Guckenheimer team in maintaining a strong working relationship with client and client partners to support our food service operations and our client’s wellness initiatives
- Report biweekly to Guckenheimer team and client on upcoming wellness events and communication needs
- Share training materials and other program materials that have been developed with other Area Managers, Regional Executive Chefs, Marketing Managers and any future Nutrition Strategy department positions to ensure consistency of our nutritional program
- Travel quarterly to other client sites to conduct nutrition audits and engage with client employees
- Assist with pantry programming in selecting an array of nutritious and indulgent snacks
- Maintain a current report of wellness events, dates and participation
- Execute and support on strategic initiatives in the food spaces as they pertain to health and wellness
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Extended periods of walking on premises
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

Salary Wage
ISS offers a competitive compensation package including Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a starting salary of $80k-$100k.
Key Purpose
The Nutrition Strategy Manager will work with an ISS/Guckenheimer café, catering team, and national Nutrition Strategy Team to develop and implement robust nutrition and well-being programming. The role will be to support the development of nutritious menus, manage and analyze recipes and ensure nutritional information is accurate at each client location. He/She/They will maintain the integrity of a wellness program and will work to create engagement and marketing strategies that will educate and inspire healthy, onsite dining.
The Nutrition Strategy Manager will provide expertise in training and education, data and analytics, and will transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
