      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule accurate and timely appointments for patients and families seeking care in Ambulatory Specialty Clinics
      - Serve as the first point of contact, providing valuable information and reassurance to families
      - Demonstrate empathy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service and safe patient care
      - Communicate effectively with internal and external partners in various formats

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or administrative support experience
      - Proficiency in computer usage with a high degree of accuracy
      - Completion of EPIC training and passing score on the End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA) test within 2 weeks of start date
      - Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare setting or related field
      - Significant experience in a healthcare/customer service environment
      - Familiarity with other cultures and bilingual skills
      - Experience with Epic Cadence
