      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying and capturing high-value opportunities in key industries, particularly aerospace, defense, and aviation
      - Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
      - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business development efforts
      - Present solutions effectively to clients, leveraging excellent communication and presentation skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics)
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with OEM accounts, preferably in aerospace and defense markets
      - Background in transducers, load cells, or force sensors is a plus
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
      - Proven ability to drive business growth and manage sales cycles

      - Experience specifically within the aerospace or defense sectors
      - Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business
      - Familiarity with precision measurement technologies and their applications
