What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform general laboratory and clerical support for the Oral Pathology Biopsy Service
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Assist with the coordination of laboratory processes and communication
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of general office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical/dental office setting and transcription
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Knowledge of dental software applications and medical/dental terminology
- Experience with EagleSoft software
