      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and image medical bills for third-party vendor payment and maintain audit-ready records
      - Process office mail, match invoices to claims, and perform data entry in DXC Assure Claims
      - Collaborate with vendors and third parties to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
      - Generate reports for Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and LTD, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Assist analysts with LTD applications and perform other administrative duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge typically acquired through a high school education
      - 3-5 years of related experience in a comparable human resources field
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based financial systems
      - Ability to maintain compliance records and manage billing processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Labor and Industrial Relations, or a related field
      - Experience with medical billing and knowledge of Michigan Worker's Compensation Act Health Care Service Rules
      - Familiarity with DXC Assure Claims Software and AbsenceSoft
