What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage travel authorizations, schedule visits, and coordinate logistics for events
- Provide clerical support for financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Organize GLP events including room reservations, catering, and technology setup
- Liaise with faculty, staff, and international visitors while managing shared mailbox accounts
- Conduct data management and trend analysis to support GLP initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with office and financial procedures, as well as state policies and guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in higher education is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technology platforms
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse group of people
