What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the production of SLVIA documents
- Collaborate with various specialists on visual simulations and data inventories
- Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
- Travel to project locations for on-site data collection and assessments
- Coordinate with Impact Assessment Leads on visual impacts studies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in landscape architecture, planning, environmental studies, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in producing visual impact assessments
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office software and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service, or Federal Highway Administration methodologies
- Strong business acumen and client satisfaction skills
