  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Exceed sales per hour targets and event sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
  - Drive brand awareness and recruit new customers through product demonstrations and hands-on assistance
  - Increase brand engagement and expertise among beauty advisors through consistent education and training
  - Book and execute a minimum of 4 store-level events per month
  - Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate inventory needs effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the prestige beauty industry, with Sephora experience required
  - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving results
  - Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong background in store events
  - Flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak shopping times and promotional events
  - Must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with in-store teams and leadership
  - Ability to report on metrics, target KPIs, and competitive insights following store visits
  - Strong knowledge of skincare products and trends
