      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in Sephora and Ulta stores
      - Drive brand awareness through demonstrations and customer engagement
      - Educate beauty advisors and store staff to enhance brand knowledge and expertise
      - Organize and execute a minimum of 4 store-level events per month
      - Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Prestige Beauty, with required experience at Sephora
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving results
      - Strong communication and organizational skills, with event success experience
      - Ability to report on metrics and insights after store visits
      - Flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak shopping times

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with driving sales in a retail environment
      - Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising best practices
      - Strong relationship-building skills with in-store teams and leadership
      - A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
