- Software Development Lifecycle:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software solutions that meet industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into initial software product designs.
- System Integration:
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and functionalities for seamless systems integration.
- Documentation and Architecture:
- Develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
- Debugging and Issue Resolution:
- Debug and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and efficiency of products.
- Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues while analyzing user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Technology Implementation:
- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes relevant to software development.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop, establish, monitor, and improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics to align projects with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
- Research and Development:
- Execute and document software research and development projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Advisory Role:
- Advise on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations to enhance project outcomes.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track and evaluate software team and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with system integrations and architecture design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
