  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize large language model (LLM) outputs for accuracy and relevance
  - Train and fine-tune LLMs using proprietary datasets and prompt engineering techniques
  - Embed AI prompts into applications to automate complex tasks
  - Monitor AI system performance and analyze output quality for continuous improvement
  - Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to align AI behavior with business goals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or related field
  - 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or NLP model development
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work products
  - Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality results
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or related field
  - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Amazon Kendra or OpenSearch
  - Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models hosted on AWS
  - Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline or CodeBuild
  - Strong understanding of prompt evaluation, model behavior tuning, and SEO
