      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the on-premise channel
      - Develop and implement strategic account segmentation to identify growth opportunities
      - Achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance through effective account management
      - Design and execute promotional programs to enhance product sell-out
      - Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a three-tier distribution market
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
      - Familiarity with product sales and ability to develop compelling selling stories
      - Capacity to manage multiple priorities within a multi-brand portfolio
