What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On-Premise channel
- Target and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and qualitative goals
- Implement promotional programs to enhance product sell-out and brand presence
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to schedule consumer activations and trade events
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current and effective in-market on-premise channel relationship and marketing understanding
- Experience working in a three-tier distribution market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work weekends and extended workdays
- Ability to develop creative brand-building programs
