      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with team members and document their progress
      - Monitor team interactions and provide feedback through live monitoring and calibration sessions
      - Develop and implement plans to help the team achieve and exceed performance goals
      - Organize and conduct weekly team meetings to review results and communicate important information
      - Identify knowledge gaps and assist with training in partnership with other Coaches and managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three to five years of direct experience leading and developing a team
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
      - Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three or more years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience within the hospitality industry
      - Well-versed in integrated coaching strategies for real-time observations
