      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with team members, including evaluating calls and documenting progress
      - Implement coaching strategies through live monitoring, feedback sessions, and team training initiatives
      - Develop detailed performance plans to help the team meet and exceed goals, tracking progress quarterly
      - Organize and lead weekly team meetings to communicate updates, statistics, and recognize team contributions
      - Identify knowledge gaps and provide training in collaboration with other coaches and department managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three to five years of experience in leading and developing a team to achieve performance goals
      - Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders
      - Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three or more years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience within the hospitality industry
      - Familiarity with integrated coaching strategies for real-time observations and feedback
