- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands

- Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management environment
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in onboarding financial advisors
- Experience with client re-papering strategies or similar transition processes
