What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train new veterinary practices on the use of various business platforms
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor and analyze client performance to provide valuable feedback and support
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews to maximize client retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a veterinary office as a Client Services Representative, Licensed Veterinary Technician, Office Manager, or related role
- Associate's degree or 2 years of college experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office; experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience training or mentoring veterinary staff
- Familiarity with onboarding processes or customer success roles
- Knowledge of veterinary industry trends and challenges
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changes within the veterinary industry
