What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
- Achieve key performance metrics established by management
- Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about the employer's services
- Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationships
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services team to complete medication therapy management (MTM) services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm EST, with up to one Saturday each month
- Must be in the current role for at least 6 months
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
