      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage onboarding processes, including handling customer forms and building accounts in Salesforce and D365
      - Investigate billing discrepancies and manage invoicing and collections
      - Communicate with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and project initiation
      - Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and contract copies
      - Participate in user acceptance testing for system updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
      - Knowledge of basic accounting processes
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Commitment to customer service with excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with D365, EQAI, and Salesforce
      - Background in customer service and billing in hazardous waste management
