      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for new charter school clients during the onboarding phase
      - Lead kickoff meetings to establish timelines, deliverables, and expectations
      - Train school leaders and staff on new systems, processes, and workflows
      - Track onboarding milestones and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
      - Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, addressing their unique challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 3+ years of experience in charter school operations, business management, accounting, or client services
      - Strong knowledge of charter school funding models and compliance requirements
      - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sage Intacct Accounting or third-party payroll databases such as ADP or Paychex
      - Strong knowledge of payroll practices and client onboarding methods
