      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide patients and caregivers in submitting required work and medical documentation, including tax applications and background checks
      - Schedule and conduct remote orientations with patients and caregivers, with occasional in-home orientations
      - Submit tax applications to the appropriate agencies and complete required follow-up for the enrollment process
      - Manage case files and account data using Salesforce CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
      - Communicate effectively to facilitate the enrollment process and adhere to client service and compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
      - Proven exceptional customer service experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
      - Strong verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
      - Attention to detail and data accuracy in managing case files
      - Ability to meet and/or exceed weekly targets or metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
      - 2 years of experience using Salesforce
      - 2 years of Medicaid experience in a home care agency environment
