What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute administrative onboarding tasks, including I-9 Form completion, state background checks, and reference verifications
- Manage workload effectively based on task urgency and operational priorities
- Review and validate medical documentation to ensure compliance with employment and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular file audits to verify adherence to onboarding standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to address onboarding challenges and ensure smooth employee readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in Human Resource platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, ApplicantStack)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality standards

- Experience in administrative functions within a healthcare or service-oriented industry
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in onboarding processes
