      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead one-on-one onboarding calls with new customers to set up their accounts and core workflows
      - Guide customers through relevant bookkeeping and accounting concepts
      - Support data migrations from other accounting platforms, ensuring accuracy and smooth transitions
      - Serve as a friendly first point of contact via video, email, and chat
      - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to improve the onboarding experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in customer success, onboarding, support, accounting, or a similar role
      - Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly
      - Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously
      - Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience onboarding customers in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Familiarity with startup accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, and Gusto
      - Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
      - Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
