      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead onboarding projects for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions
      - Facilitate the strategic deployment of products, tailoring standard integrations to meet specific customer needs
      - Provide role-based product consulting and customized support for effective software utilization
      - Proactively resolve customer challenges, addressing technical and onboarding issues with clear communication
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and employee experiences through continuous feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred
      - 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles, project management, or onboarding
      - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for simplifying complex solutions
      - Strong problem-solving aptitude for addressing customer challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or software implementation
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
      - Demonstrated experience in leading product consulting initiatives, such as training sessions
